Transactions Report

What is it? The Transactions Report is an overview of all your transactions, including card payments, cash payments, and refunds. You can view the payment method, the status of a transaction, the customer’s card details and a transaction description if it was added.

Where can I find it? You can easily access your Transactions Report through your SumUp Account Dashboard. 

  1. Login to your account dashboard at sumup.me

  2. Select the Sales tab from the left-hand side menu.

  3. In the top right corner, click on the My Reports button.

  4. From the drop-down, select Transactions Report.

  5. A lightbox will appear, where you can select the file format of the report (CVS or XLS) and confirm the dates of the report. Select the Export file button to download the report.

  6. The default timeframe of the report will be six months. On the Sales page, click the first filter on the top menu that says “Six Months” to select a custom time frame.

Revenue Report

What is it? The Revenue Report provides you with a full overview of all the goods or services you've sold over a period of time. SumUp’s Revenue Report gives you a breakdown of business activity sorted by category, payment method, and employees, and can be a helpful tool for tax planning.

Where can I find it? You can easily access your Revenue Report through your SumUp Account Dashboard. 

  1. Login to your account dashboard at sumup.me

  2. Select the Sales tab from the left-hand side menu

  3. In the top right corner, click on the My Reports button

  4. From the drop-down, select Revenue Report, and a PDF should automatically download

  5. The default timeframe of the report will be six months. To change the timeframe, open up the Sales page and select the first filter on the top menu that says “Six Months” to select a custom timeframe.

Payout Report

What is it? The Payout Report is a list of all the card transactions that have already been paid out to you–including the date of the payout and the associated transaction fees. 

Where can I find it? You’ll be sent daily and monthly payout reports to the email associated with your account. You can also re-send yourself a Payout Report through the Sales tab. You can learn more about Payout Reports here.

Monthly Transaction Fee Invoice

What is it? The transaction fee invoice provides you with the total amount of your transaction fees for the respective month. You don’t need to pay this amount as it has already been deducted from your payouts. 

Where can I find it? We send you the invoice via email along with every monthly Payout Report. To get missing invoices, you can re-send the Monthly Payout Report.
