Connect a barcode scanner

  1. On the SumUp app, tap on the profile icon in the corner of the screen.

  2. Select "Barcode scanner".

    • Bluetooth connection - Tap "Set up barcode scanner", scan the on-screen barcode, and select your barcode scanner from the list

    • Wired USB connection - Connect your barcode scanner via a USB-C adaptor

  3. Add barcode numbers to items you want to scan.

Disconnect a scanner by tapping the three dots beside the scanner on the barcode scanner screen and selecting "Forget scanner".
